This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to develop a model of modern agriculture through the cultivation of Sweet Net melon using a greenhouse system in Lembor Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. This premium melon variety was chosen due to its high economic value and increasing market demand. The method employed was a descriptive observational approach with a case study on a local MSME managing a 10x50 meter greenhouse containing 1,000 melon plants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation related to production processes, technical challenges, and marketing strategies. The results show that the greenhouse system improved productivity, maintained fruit quality, and reduced crop failure rates by up to 70% compared to open-field cultivation. Economically, this enterprise proved profitable, with a selling price of IDR 20,000 per fruit and yields reaching IDR 10–15 million per cycle. Moreover, organic greenhouse-based cultivation contributes to healthier consumption patterns and environmentally friendly practices. These findings indicate that the greenhouse system can serve as an effective solution for advancing modern agriculture and empowering the rural economy.
