Pendampingan Penyusunan Standart Pelayanan Minimal ( Spm ) Kalurahan Terong, Kapanewon Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul

Abstract

Standar Pelayanan Minimal di Kalurahan Terong, Kapanewon Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul. Pengabdian dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi Program Studi Pembangunan Masyarakat Desa STPMD APMD pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juli 2025. 

Tujuan pengabdian mendampingi penyusunan Standart Pelayanan Minimal di Kalurahan Terong, Langkah-langkah dalam pengabdian ini adalah : pertama,  tim pengabdi berkoordinasi dengan lurah Kalurahan Terong untuk menindaklanjuti hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada tahun 2024 tentang Pelayanan Admnistrasi Berbasis Lokalitas di Kalurahan Terong, Kapanewon Dlingo Kabupaten Bantul. Kedua;Tim pengabdi  memaparkan ulang hasil penelitian dan rekomendasi kepada pihak mitra. Ketiga; setelah pemaparan dilaksanakan kemudian tim pengabdi dan mitra berkoordinasi tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan Standart Pelayanan Minimal Kalurahan Terong,Kapanewon Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul.

Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu tim pengabdi mendampingi mitra dalam pendampingan penyusunan Standart Pelayanan Minimal Kalurahan Terong,Kapanewon Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul dimaksudkan: 1. Aparat kalurahan memiliki kemampuan untuk menyusun SPM secara mandiri.; 2. Pelayanan administrasi Kalurahan Terong memiliki pedoman dalam melayani pengguna sehingga menjamin sistem pelayanan yang baik; 3. Tersusunnya SPM Pelayanan Administrasi.

 Hasil akhir pendampingan ini bahwa  perangkat Kalurahan smampu membuat SPM  secara mandiri dan tersedianya .dokumen Standar Pelayanan Minimal Kalurahan Terong, sebagai panduan dalam melayani masyarakat.

Abstract

Asisitance in the Preparation of Minimum Service Standartts in Terong Village. Dlingo Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. The community service program was conducted by the Community Service Team of the Village Community Development Study Program of the STPMD APMD from March to July 2025.

The purpose of the community service program was to assist in the preparation of Minimum Service Standards in Terong Village. The steps involved were: first, the community service team coordinated with the village head of Terong Village to follow up on the results of a study conducted in 2024 on Locality-Based Administrative Services in Terong Village, Dlingo Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. Second, the community service team presented the research results and recommendations to the partners. Third, after the presentation, the community service team and partners coordinated on the implementation of the assistance activities for the preparation of Minimum Service Standards in Terong Village, Dlingo Subdistrict, Bantul Regency.

The approach used was for the community service team to assist partners in developing the Minimum Service Standards for Terong Village, Kapanewon Dlingo, Bantul Regency. The aim was to: 1. Village officials have the ability to independently develop the Minimum Service Standards (SPM); 2. Terong Village administrative services have guidelines for serving users, thus ensuring a good service system; 3. The SPM for Administrative Services was developed.

The final result of this assistance was that Village officials were able to independently develop the SPM and that the Terong Village Minimum Service Standards document was available as a guide in serving the community.
