Model Transfer Inovasi Usaha Kecil Konveksi di Tulungagung

Abstract

This article is about a study on innovation transfer model of garment small-scale businesses in Tulungagung to improve their competitiveness. This research reveals the importance of the identification of garment small-scale businesses’ unique characteristics and the importance of a network in the process of innovation transfer by certain parties, like universities and the local government. This research also suggests the establishment of innovation centers which produces effective technologies, mediation between garment small-scale businesses and big firms, and the importance of conducting pilot projects to improve the innovation of garment small-scale businesses in Tulungagung.

Abstrak

Artikel ini terkait riset tentang model transfer inovasi usaha kecil konveksi di Tulungagung dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saingnya. Riset ini menemukan pentingnya identifikasi karakteristik usaha kecil konveksi yang khas, dan pentingnya network dalam proses transfer inovasi oleh beberapa pihak seperti universitas dan pemerintahan daerah. Riset ini juga menyarankan dibentuknya innovation center yang menghasilkan teknologi tepat guna, mediasi dengan perusahaan besar, dan pilot project bagi berkembangnya inovasi usaha kecil konveksi.
