KINERJA BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA “SEJAHTERA” TERHADAP PELAYANAN WISATAWAN DI DESA WISATA BLEBERAN, KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstract

This study tried to assess the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) on services provided to tourists in Bleberan Tourism Village, Gunungkidul Regency. This performance assessment focuses on rating tourists for tourist villages that have been developed by BUM Desa in Bleberan Village. This study uses a mixed research approach (mix method). Primary and secondary data were collected using interview, observation, documentation, and survey methods. Data analysis is then performed using data selection techniques, data display, and conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis, this study concluded that the assessment of tourist satisfaction with BUM Desa services in Bleberan Tourism Village showed that the service satisfaction index category was considered sufï¬cient. Travelers judge enough because the cleanliness of tourist villages, access to tourism, local products, and supporting facilities for tourist villages are still considered inadequate.

Penelitian ini menilai kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa) terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan kepada wisatawan di Desa Wisata Bleberan, Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penilaian kinerja ini berfokus pada penilaian wisatawan terhadap desa wisata yang telah dikembangkan oleh BUM Desa di Desa Bleberan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian campuran (mix methode). Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan survey. Analisis data kemudian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik seleksi data, penyajian data, dan memberikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian kepuasan wisatawan terhadap pelayanan BUM Desa di Desa Wisata Bleberan menunjukkan kategori indeks kepuasan pelayanan dinilai cukup. Wisatawan menilai cukup karena kebersihan desa wisata, akses menunju wisata, produk lokal, dan fasilitas pendukung desa wisata dinilai masih belum memadai.
