<p>SOSIO PROGRESIF: Media Pemikiran Studi Pembangunan Sosial ini menempatkan studi pembangunan sosial yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pelayanan sosial yang komprehensif dalam kerangka akademis, sehingga bisa melahirkan inovasi yang sinergis dengan permasalahan pembangunan sosial di Indonesia. Sosio Progresif memiliki Nomor <a href="https://issn.lipi.go.id/terbit/detail/20211221421163241">E-ISSN: 2809-4476</a> dan <a href="https://issn.lipi.go.id/terbit/detail/20211225321808300">P-ISSN: 2810-0077</a> Beberapa isu yang menjadi pusat pehatian dalam jurnal ini mencakup pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengentasan kemiskinan, pendidikan masyakarat, kesehatan masyarakat, ketenagakerjaan, pembangunan kepariwisataan, korporasi rakyat, kewirausahaan sosial, hubungan industrial, jaminan sosial, pengembangan wilayah dan kawasan, manajemen bencana berbasis masyarakat, masyarakat digital, globalisasi dan pembangunan, psikologi sosial, rehabilitasi sosial, isu gender dalam keluarga, usaha-usaha kesejahteraan sosial, dan isu-isu pembangunan sosial lain yang relevan, baik dalam konteks lokal maupun global.</p> <p>SOSIO PROGRESIF diterbitkan dua kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari dan Juli. Jurnal ini, berfungsi sebagai media refleksi pembangunan sosial di Indonesia yang berisi tulisan-tulisan yang merangkum hasil penelitian dan pemikiran konseptual di bidang pembangunan sosial. Publikasi ini rencananya akan tersedia dalam dua versi, yaitu cetak dan elektronik dengan akses terbuka. Akses terbuka ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterbacaan dan meningkatkan kutipan penulis. <p><em>The impact of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has paralyzed the tourism sector in East Belitung Regency. It can be seen from the number of tourist visits that have fallen drastically, as well as indicators of the decline in hotel occupancy rates on Belitong Island. Tourism activities that support the triumph of tourism were not carried out due to the Covid-19 pandemic which required the Regional Government to issue a policy of limiting community activities. In addition, refocusing the budget for cultural and tourism activities so that these activities are not carried out. The Department of Culture and Tourism seeks to stimulate tourism in East Belitung post-covid-19, by increasing tourist attraction objects through making tour packages at leading tourist attractions, conducting tourism promotions. Improving the accessibility of sea transportation by providing glass-floored vessels, increasing amenity by conducting educational socialization of guest reception SOPs for hotel employees in order to increase hotel occupancy, improve infrastructure facilities in tourist destinations, as well as improve coordination and facilitate tourism institutions. This study describes the obstacles faced by the Department of Culture and Tourism in generating tourism after the COVID-19 pandemic, with a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique starts from data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that hotel occupancy rates are still low in East Belitung, do not have public transportation to support tourism, human resources are less able to manage tourism potential, dependence on tin mining.</em></p>Fadillah DillaEW Tri Nugroho

<p>Health is a very important thing that can be used as one of the parameters that can determine the quality of human resources (HR) in a country, because through health services it can be seen from whether a country is progressing or not. Healthcare Center toddlers and Healthcare Center cadres during the pandemic play an important role in health services or health providers. There are 11 Healthcare Center in Jombor village with an average number of cadres in Healthcare Center as many as 5 people. The participation of cadres in Jombor Village in Healthcare Center activities during the pandemic in under-five health services can be addressed by moving back to the toddler Healthcare Center in Jombor Village after 6 months of not running as usual. The success of Healthcare Center Healthcare Center in Jombor Village can be seen from the performance or role of cadres in carrying out activities during the pandemic. The success that was carried out during this pandemic period was related to how the role and efforts of cadres in running Posyandu during the pandemic, namely cadres and village midwives carried out in different ways, namely Socialization, Mobilization, Coordination, Assistance and Cooperation in running Posyandu during the Covid-19 Pandemic.</p> <p> </p>WidatiMagdalena Asri Almuhasari

<p>The low level of education triggers the development of interest in becoming an illegal PMI because becoming a PMI is the right way and doesn't really cover high levels of education. Kupang Regency itself is the area that contributes the most PMI in NTT, namely 131 people. The condition of the population in Kupang Regency itself whose poverty has increased in the last three years from 88.67 people to 92.02 people with unemployment as many as 94.94 people. Based on this, the authors are interested in researching the prevention of illegal PMI. Based on the type, this research is classified as a qualitative research. The data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation techniques which were then analyzed through the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage and the conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that various efforts to prevent illegal PMI have been carried out by the Kupang Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office, including: Re-checking the required documents to become PMI; Conducting outreach to sub-districts in Kupang Regency; Cooperation with other agencies that are members of the PMI prevention task force; Monitoring BLT and PT Recruitment PMI; Conducting training to improve human resources. In its implementation, the Kupang Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office has tried to take good precautions before, during and after the departure process to become PMI.</p>Verawati SkautWidodo Triputro

<p><em>The rapid development of technology has brought the world into the modern and advanced era of globalization. In this modern era, humans are required to keep abreast of the times when life is practical, effective, and efficient. The needs of human life are getting more and more complex, therefore tools are created that can help smooth and lighten the burden of human work, one of which is a very popular technology is gadgets. The use of gadgets in children of primary education age is one of the social problems that exist in society. It is feared that the use of these gadgets will cause dependence on children and have a negative impact on children, such as social interactions of children being disturbed while playing gadgets and children becoming indifferent to their surroundings.</em></p> <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the patterns and impacts of using gadgets on the social interactions of primary education aged children in Kampung Bogem. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interviews as a research instrument. The results showed the negative impact of gadget use experienced by children of primary education, namely forgetfulness of time, laziness, addiction to gadgets, indifference to the environment and disturbed social interactions, while the positive impact of using gadgets is that it adds broader insight and facilitates children's learning media.<br>Keywords: gadget impact, social interaction</em></p>Siti LatifahAnastasia Adiwirahayu

<p>This research is motivated by a problem which shows that the Community Empowerment Institute has not played a role in advocating for the people of Putrapinggan Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Community Empowerment Institutions in Community Advocacy in Putrapinggan Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Informants as many as 8 people. Data collection techniques are library research, field studies (observations and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer problems in research. Based on the research results it is known that: The role of Community Empowerment Institutions in community advocacy has not been carried out optimally according to the role of Community Empowerment Institutions, this can be seen from the inactivity of several LPM members in every village meeting, lack of interaction and socializing with all elements of society in the village, LPM members are less familiar and flexible in their interactions with the village community so they are less able to interact and attract the interest of the village community to participate in various activities carried out in the village, lack of sensitivity from LPM members to know the needs of the small business community in the village, lack of LPM has complete and accurate data regarding the need for infrastructure facilities for the benefit of the village community, lack of LPM members holding meetings with all elements of society in the village to listen to suggestions and input in physical development in the village and in community empowerment village aka.</p>Dadan GunawanRegi Refian GarisArie Budiawan
